Make Your Voice Heard: The New St Helena Register of Electors is Here!

The democratic process here on St Helena has taken another step forward today with the official publication of the updated Register of Electors, effective from July 1, 2025. This document will serve as the definitive list of eligible voters for the eagerly anticipated 2025 General Election, to be held on 3rd September.

Your right to participate : The message is clear: only those individuals whose names are listed on this newly published register will be able to exercise their democratic rights in the upcoming General Election. This includes the ability to:

Vote: Cast your ballot for the candidates you believe will best represent your interests and the future of St Helena.

Stand for Election: If you have aspirations to serve your community, being on the register is the first step towards becoming a candidate for the Legislative Council.
